Rudra Tour & Travels is a premier taxi aggregator, vehicle rental, and passenger road transport service provider. As our business provides transportation and travel services, physical goods shipping does not apply. This Service Delivery & Booking Fulfillment Policy explains how our online service confirmation, cab allocation, and fulfillment work.

1. Electronic Booking Confirmation (Instant Digital Delivery)

Upon successful payment confirmation via our online payment gateway (Razorpay), electronic confirmation is delivered instantly:

• Digital Confirmation Receipt: An automated booking confirmation voucher containing your unique Booking Reference ID, itinerary details, vehicle category, and payment breakdown is immediately sent to your registered Email address.
• SMS & WhatsApp Confirmation: An instant SMS/WhatsApp notification is dispatched to your provided mobile number confirming your ride status.

2. Driver & Vehicle Dispatch Timelines

To ensure smooth travel and privacy security, vehicle and driver details are communicated as follows:

• Outstation & Local Trips: Assigned driver name, mobile number, and vehicle registration number (number plate) will be dispatched to the customer via SMS/WhatsApp 2 to 4 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
• Airport & Station Pickups: Driver details are dispatched 2 hours prior to scheduled arrival time to ensure smooth meeting coordination.

3. Service Fulfillment & On-Time Arrival

The assigned cab and commercial highway driver will arrive at the designated pickup address provided by the customer at the scheduled trip date and time. Customers are requested to ensure their mobile phones remain reachable during pickup time for driver coordination.
