Welcome to Rudra Tour & Travels (operating website rudratourandtravel.co.in). By accessing our website, booking a vehicle, or utilizing our taxi and tour services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service.

1. Booking & Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: Bookings may require an advance booking amount or full payment, processed securely via our online payment gateway (Razorpay) or direct bank transfer/UPI/cash.
• Payment Gateway: Online transactions processed through Razorpay comply with PCI-DSS standards. By using online payment, customer agrees to Razorpay's standard terms and processing policies.
• Fare Structure: Base fares are computed based on kilometers, duration, vehicle model, and package choice. Additional kilometers or extra hours beyond package limits will be billed as per standard rate cards.

2. Inclusions & Exclusions

• Toll Tax, State Entry Tax & Parking: Unless explicitly stated in a all-inclusive package fare, toll taxes, inter-state entry taxes, and parking fees are payable directly by the passenger during the trip.
• Driver Night Allowance: A standard night driving allowance applies for outstation trips running between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• Fuel & Driver Charges: Vehicle fuel costs and primary driver charges are included in quoted rental fares unless specified otherwise.

3. Passenger Conduct & Luggage Policy

• Passengers are requested to maintain decent decorum during the journey. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or possession of illegal items inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Luggage space depends on vehicle capacity. Customers are advised to select vehicle models appropriate for their group size and luggage load. Rudra Tour & Travels is not responsible for loss of un-attended personal belongings inside the vehicle.

4. Delays, Route Changes & Breakdown Disclaimer

• Rudra Tour & Travels makes every effort to ensure timely pickup and arrival. However, we shall not be held liable for delays caused by traffic congestion, severe weather conditions, road blockages, or natural calamities.
• In the rare event of a mechanical breakdown on the highway, we will immediately arrange an alternate replacement vehicle or arrange suitable transportation assistance.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, India.
